DEEPLY FEELING KIDS: Creating Harmony at Home
Do you have a child who feels everything deeply—thoughtful, empathetic, and gifted, but prone to emotional overwhelm and meltdowns? Parenting a highly sensitive child can be both rewarding and challenging as they navigate their intense inner world.
In this 2-part workshop, you'll learn how somatic techniques can transform your family's emotional landscape. We’ll explore grounding exercises, yoga, breathing techniques, and gentle massage to enhance emotional regulation and foster a more peaceful home environment. The workshop also offers a valuable opportunity for parents to connect with others, creating a sense of community and support as you navigate the complexities of parenting a deeply feeling child.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to strengthen your bond and gain practical tools for navigating emotional challenges.
