FAQs**
What will this workshop be like?
Families will gather together on their mats and enjoy an hour of time together moving, breathing and connecting. Activities are geared toward families with children ages 5-11. Older and younger children are welcome to attend keeping in mind that they may choose to just watch or enjoy participating with younger siblings.
What do I need to bring?
You may bring your yoga mat (or we have mats in studio to share). A water bottle is optional to keep you hydrated. Dress comfortably.
What should I expect?
Expect to have fun! Learn new mindfulness techniques and enjoy new ways to create play in your family, while developing long-lasting wellness tools to incorporate into your everyday routines
How many family members can attend under one registration?
We are excited to fill the Live Processed Studio with your joyful families! Space is limited, so we request if you have more than 4 family members (excluding children any under the age of 2) that you reserve 2 spaces in order for us to save extended space for you all. We also recommend that you have one adult for every 1-2 children, in order to offer the most interaction between your family members. This is not a requirement, simply a suggestion.
