LITTLE SPROUTS Little Sprouts is a lively, fun-filled 45-minute class where children practice skills that build awareness and resilience through movement, breath, and mindful play. Each class includes breathing practices for regulation, playful movement, and cooperative games that nurture relational awareness and collective care. We end each class with a relaxation and loving-kindness practice. (Please note that the curriculum is designed for children ages 7–11.)
These classes are facilitated by Lisa Gernand, LMSW, one of our mental health therapists at Well-Bean. Using the Little Sprouts curriculum, Lisa brings her clinical experience and warm, grounded presence to create a supportive and engaging class environment!

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT POLICY
To help us prepare thoughtfully and ensure the best experience for your children, we require pre-registration and pre-payment for all classes. Please register at least 24 hours before class. Because each session takes time and intention to plan, we are only able to hold class when a minimum of 4 children are registered.If fewer than 4 children are enrolled, we will cancel the class 24 hours in advance and issue refunds as needed.
If you need to cancel your child’s registration, please let us know at least 24 hours before class so we can process a refund and offer the spot to another family, as each class is limited to 8 children.

What will this class be like?
Kids are welcomed into our space and greeted with music and by our Well-Bean teacher. We gather on our mats to enjoy 45 fun-filled minutes of movement, breathing, yoga games and relaxation. Activities are geared towards children ages 7-10.
What do I need to bring?
We create a yoga circle to define space using Well-Bean yoga mats but you are welcome to bring your own as you desire. A water bottle is optional to keep you hydrated. Dress comfortably.
What should I expect?
Expect to have fun! Learn new yoga postures and mindfulness techniques while developing long-lasting wellness tools to incorporate into your everyday routines.
