Unfortunately, due to low enrollment this fall, we’re taking a winter pause from our Mini-Sprouts monthly class. However, we’re excited about the possibility of offering these classes in a more personalized way for families or small groups.
Mini-Sprouts is a magical space where little ones can build emotional and self-regulation skills through yoga postures and mindful movement, all within the world of imagination. Together, we explore the wonder of breath using props and songs, and we practice the important skill of rest and relaxation.

FAQs**
What will this class be like?
Parents and kids will gather together on their mats and enjoy thirty minutes together moving, breathing and connecting. Activities are geared towards children ages 3-6.
What do I need to bring?
We create a yoga circle to define space using Well-Bean yoga mats but you are welcome to bring your own as you desire. A water bottle is optional to keep you hydrated. Dress comfortably.
What should I expect?
Expect to have fun! Learn new mindfulness techniques and enjoy new ways to create play in your family, while developing long-lasting wellness tools to incorporate into your everyday routines
