ROOT & RISE with NATURE
Root & Rise with Nature is a parent & child (ages 8-11) yoga + mindfulness + plant exploration workshop that invites participants to embark on a journey of connection and well-being together. Through the practice of yoga and mindfulness, we’ll cultivate a connection with ourselves and each other and also explore the healing properties of plants through teas and essential oils. This interactive workshop provides a space for families to nurture their bond, foster mindfulness, and discover the healing power of nature for holistic wellness. Get ready for fun, movement, tea sampling, oil smelling and relaxation too!
