What we've discovered over the years in working with families, as well as parenting children of our own, is that the important work of nurturing the inner lives of our children begins with ourselves.
ROOTED & RESILIENT (Parenting + The Nervous System)
is a parenting workshop series that invites us to deepen our awareness about how stress activates in our bodies, and then collectively learn somatic practices to both soothe and energize for deep self-care. Each workshop is about embodiment and application; we'll focus on regulation/resourcing practices based on the season and explore how to integrate these internal resources into our daily lives.
