Well-Bean ROOT is a yoga, meditation and relaxation class to help youth ages 11-14 explore and discover their innate ability to root for managing life's ups and downs.
Well-Bean educators, Jen Rapanos and Paige Cranick will guide teens through this 60-minute class that includes simple yoga postures, meditation practices and breathing techniques for relaxation.
Come in comfortable clothes and consider layers for comfort. Yoga mats are provided.
