Such great programs for children. The focus on mindfulness and utilizing the breath to help work through emotions is my favorite aspect of Jen's work. My 3 and 6 year old children benefit greatly from playing yoga. They absolutely love their classes. When my 6 year old was having a tough time and told me she needed to "be more present," I knew she had learned some great life long coping skills from her yoga teacher.

I'm so grateful for Well-Bean and specifically the work that Jen is doing in her therapy practice. Her commitment and care is evident and I've appreciated her sincere and direct communication. She has worked with my daughter in both a group and individual setting and I'm honored by the respect she offers her.
