YOGA + BREATH + SOUND (a parent/child workshop)
This workshop is an opportunity for a parent and child (ages 8-10) to nurture their connection through the experience of play and rest. Join us and discover the powerful effects of mindful movement, breathing and sound therapy for a complete mind and body reset. This class will explore the effects of stress while discovering how movement, breathing and sound can be used to help manage life's stressors. This workshop is about embodiment and application; participants will practice and learn how to use seven different regulation strategies for managing stress. Get ready for fun, play, rest and relaxation!
